I'm Jane, here's a bit about my background. From the beginning of my memory I have always loved horses.  At age four my parents made me so happy by helping me to begin riding with a family friend who had a working training barn.  I looked like a postage stamp on the back of that first horse… my first teacher.  Horses were my focus in life from that age forward.  I rode any horse at any opportunity, read every book and watched all the horse movies!  I was obsessed and that obsession has become my passion and my life's work.

I took lessons in jumping, western and eventually dressage. I rode for miles on the trails, up and down the canyons of Southern California where I grew up, have shown in open, breed and dressage shows up and down the west coast. I've been fortunate to have received excellent training from excellent teachers.  I teach because I love both teaching and horses.  My goal is to help you learn, attain your riding goals and to help you have a wonderful relationship with your horse!
